Group Personal Pension

Definition:

A Group Personal Pension (GPP) is a personal pension provided through an employer. Each member builds up their own personal pension, but the employer usually collects your contribution from your pay packet and passes them on to the pension company. Although provided through an employer, this is not legally speaking an occupational pension. However such a scheme arranged through an employer may have lower charges, and the employer may make a contribution.
