I have a 'zero hours contract'. Should I get the National Minimum Wage?

'Zero hours contract' is just a label. It is not a legal term. You are entitled to the National Minimum Wage for all the hours you are required to spend working under your contract of employment. Your union will be able to advise you about your exact contract terms.
