Can my employer dismiss me?

A termination of employment by an employer for whatever reason is, in law, a dismissal. Some reasons are admissible or potentially 'fair', for example where the employee's conduct justifies it.

The issue is whether the dismissal was fair or unfair, as employees have a right in law not to be unfairly dismissed.
