Is my employer obliged to provide a pension scheme?

All employers are required to automatically enrol eligible employees into a qualifying workplace pensions scheme and make contributions, from 2018 that applies even to the very smallest. Even if the employer doesn’t have to enrol you (taking your age and earnings into account) you can still apply to join.
