Agreements to allow changed starting times, flexitime, televisions in the workplace and so on have a great potential to lift our spirits, but remember that not everybody loves watching sport.
- Your employer needs to make sure that those who aren't interested in watching a sporting event don't get left with a larger share of the work. This should be fairly easy where working time is simply being shifted around a bit.
- It should also ensure that televisions and radios do not disrupt quiet working environments.
