Not usually. Most adjustments made by employers are common sense, low-cost or entirely cost free. The employer should consult with the disabled worker before making any adjustments.
There is no rule that an adjustment won’t be reasonable just because it costs your employer money. There is help available for additional costs, through the government's Access to Work scheme.
