Will the tribunal accuse me of being unreasonable if my employer makes me an offer through Acas early conciliation and I decide to turn it down?

No. Acas early conciliation is confidential. This means that the tribunal will not know anything about any offers that were made or turned down during the conciliation process. This works both ways. You will not be allowed to tell the tribunal about any efforts you made to settle the case through Acas or any unreasonable behaviour by your employer during Acas conciliation.
