If your child is stillborn after 24 weeks of the pregnancy, or is born alive but dies after this time, you are still entitled to take Ordinary Paternity Leave if you have worked with your employer for 26 weeks by the 'qualifying' week (i.e. the 15th week before the week the child was expected to be born).
