You are not entitled to receive any other payments for employment while you are receiving Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) from an employer. If you do any paid work for an employer who is not the employer that is paying you SPP, the employer who was liable to pay you SPP can cease paying you for the remainder of the pay period.
